Membership Fee

In order to cover the costs of running rehearsals and performances, the Scarborough Society of Musicians is required to collect a membership fee. The membership fee for the 2010-2011 season is shown below:

January 2011 – June 2011: $50

You are not required to bring it to the Open Rehearsal (no commitment to be a member that day). But should you decide to stay with the Scarborough Society of Musicians as a member of the Concert Band, we are collecting these fees to cover the costs of running our rehearsals and concerts.

Refund Policy

Requests for membership fee refunds must be submitted by email to ssm(at)continuingmusic.ca. The following formula will calculate the appropriate refund amount:

Refund Amount = Membership Fee – (Rehearsals Elapsed x $10)

Please note that refunds cannot be granted after February 28th.
